Q: What are your operating hours?
A: Our operating hours are from 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday). We are closed on Weekends and Public Holidays. Please feel free to contact us at 9188 1493 after office hours.
Q: What are the requirements to rent a car?
A: Driver must possess a Passport or NRIC and a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver's License or International Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience in Singapore.
Q: What is the age limit?
A: Driver must be within 24 – 65 years old.
Q: Can I extend the rental period?
A: The hirer will have to inform the company of such intention immediately.
Q: What happens if I return the vehicle late?
A:Rental is usually on a 24 hours basis. The hirer will have to pay late penalty of 20% of daily rental rate per hour.
Q: Can I cancel or amend my booking?
A: The hirer's deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. Booking may be amended subject to availability and a service charge of S$50.
Q:Is there any delivery or collection services?
A:Yes, there is an extra charge of S$30 per trip within our office hours or S$45 per trip after office hours. Airport meet and greet service is S$40 per trip within our office hours and S$50 per trip after office hours.

Q: What modes of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, cheque, or bank transfers.
Q:What happens if I receive a parking or traffic fine?
A:The hirer will be responsible for all parking and traffic violations.
Q: Do I need to refill the petrol tank?
A: The hirer should refill the petrol tank to the same level as when he/she collected the vehicle. If the tank is not re-fuelled to the same level, the cost of petrol plus a service charge of S$10 will be levied.
Q: What happens if I am involved in an accident or the vehicle breaks down?
A: The hirer must report all accidents and vehicle breakdowns to the company immediately by calling 9188 1493. We provide a 24-hour Emergency Breakdown Service free of charge.
A replacement vehicle will be provided subject to availability. In the event that no replacement vehicle is available, a pro-rated refund will be given to the hirer. Please note that punctured tires, empty petrol tank, flat battery, loss of car key or key locked inside of the vehicle does not constitute a breakdown. In the event that the 24-hour Emergency Breakdown Service is called upon to response to such occurrence, the hirer shall bear a service charge of S$50 per trip plus the cost of replacing the parts.
Q: Is insurance covered within the rental price?
A: Yes, insurance is covered within the rental price. But if there is any claim, hirer has to pay the excess.
Q: Do I get to keep a copy of the insurance policy as proof that I paid for such insurance?
A: No, unless you are the car owner. Insurance only covers the vehicle. You can opt to purchase PAI ("Personal Accident Insurance") at S$5 per day.
Driving to Malaysia
Q: Can I drive the car to Malaysia?
A: Yes, there is an extra charge of S$30 per day based on calendar dates.
Q: Is insurance covered for my drive to Malaysia?
A: Yes, there is an extra charge of S$30 per day based on calendar dates and note that excess in Malaysia is double of the excess in Singapore.
Q: What if the car breakdowns half-way in Malaysia? Is there a replacement car in any case of breakdown?
A: There shall be no replacement of vehicle in Malaysia in the event of a breakdown..
